Valid point about the O-line & QB.
What stands out here to me is the Steelers used 20% of those picks on Bell & Ju Ju while the Bengals used 50% of those picks on Hill/Mixon/Gio/Boyd/Ross.
50% of 5 years worth of 1st and 2nd round Draft picks on RBs & WRs.
