A (Brief) History of the NRA

The only way the NRA has to fight against theses is too use fear mongering and claim that if there is ever a gun registry then people will be unable to stop the government from confiscating all of their weapons.  But it just does not work that way.  Passing a law for gun registration has zero to do with passing a law to confiscate all weapons.  anyone can agree to a gun registry and still oppose outlawing all guns.

Evidently you have not been keeping up with right wing ideology. The Turner Diaries didn't die with their author.

The government wants us to REGISTER our guns so they know who to confiscate them from.  Obama was on the verge of doing that after he sent that SEAL team into Sandyhook. But the NRA pushback was too great.

Trump has bought us three more years of safety, if we can stop the liberals from taking him down.

This does not look like fear mongering to a sector of the voting public.
