It's just about to the point where it's better to not have insurance. Outside of things covered 100% (kids immunizations, for example), I generally tell them I don't have insurance. It's cheaper. Our plan this year switched to pretty much two options: "catastrophic" or "don't bother filing unless you're in hospice."
