Mine has access to highway and mountain and is close to the rail line. Enough natural cover to be ignored or missed by most too. Some natural fauna, ground that could be cultivated and plenty of protection. Very few windows, all doors swing out, all metal doors. New roof too. Lots of garage space and storage area.
It would take some work, but given even a slight heads up it would be fortified fairly quickly and then those walls could be expanded as needed.
