Yep, an aggressive, directional blocking scheme with pulling going on. He will want his guys somewhat athletic,
but smart and nasty. I still remember Zeitler trying to pull, it was sad, guy was a great pass blocker but he was
way too slow to pull block. Boling is much better at it as i am sure Westerman will be.
