I don't think he is near as bad as many people here.  He has a career winning record despite being handicapped by the worst owner in the league.  So he is not a bad coach at all.  But after 15 years and no playoff wins you get canned for back-to-back losing seasons.

I was down for marvin leaving after last season as well.

I cant blame everything on him though    Something has definitely changed in the front office.
