Any complaints about him not being on any "list" is just a red herring. All of these lists are meaningless as long as guns can be transferred so easily with zero background checks.
It’s actually not meaningless. It just cuts the legs out from under our police and other law enforcement. Which is sad.
If politicians are upset by the number of minorities in prison then change the laws. CJ reform should be happening anyway. Not some bandaid From the obama dept of education.
