Actually what she said was correct and on point. And she did not say anything insulting about him. I have never known of any politician who has altered his stance on a position because someone on the other side has a terminal illness.
On the other hand, what Lt Gen McInerney said was 100 times worse. Those are the comments everyone should be upset over.
