Supreme Court lets states legalize sports gambling

From a purely legal standpoint this case is another one in favor of "states rights" over the federal government. Same issue with legalizing marijuana and establishing sancuary cities. Basically the Supreme Court is telling the Federal government that they can not make state or local authorities enforce federal laws.
