Corruption on a scale we haven't seen in WH for Centuries

What resulted was plain ugly to witness. Giving Independents a platform of equal footing to present their policies that would generate the populist support they need to proceed is lacking. Reform of the Electoral College and Campaign Finance seems mandatory before any third party can organize itself well enough to compete with the RNC and DNC. With DC being one giant fund raiser, I can't imagine many there wishing to address such changes. And that just causes cynicism to deepen.

Pretty much my thoughts in bfine's thread talking about the recent DNC decision.
"A great democracy has got to be progressive, or it will soon cease to be either great or a democracy..." - TR

"The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little." - FDR
