Apart from the fact that one really shouldn't call others deranged or having an disorder, which somehow gets lost in all of that, this is not a convincing analogy. Jeanine Pirro did not act like the "rational adult" you're portraying in line one. Her comment was rather uncalled for, and also she doesn't get to look down at Whoopi the way your "rational adult" looks down to stupid Jimmy.
