He outthinks himself and tries to be an aggressive coach, which he's not, and I feel like it often backfires.  He takes risks at wrong times and is conservative at wrong times.

He needs to realize that there's a time (and location) on the field to be aggressive, which just goes back to his horrible game management.

I hope the new coaches (and guys in new positions) can convince him of our strengths and when is a good time to take risks.

True that Brad, Marv should have like the most BAD TIMING AWARDS around.
