Both the Cincinnati Reds and the Cincinnati Bengals stadiums are average in my opinion. The mistake was made by Mike Brown when he wanted real grass instead of artificial turf
Mike wanted old school football played out in the cold.

They needed a retractable roof Stadium. It would have probably cost at least a hundred million dollars more though. and you're talking about an owner that has refused to build a practice Dome field.

The cost for stadiums today especially those with retractable roof design are probably over 500-700 million dollars.
