Doug Free was bad before Pollack coached him up is the point. Doesn't matter where you are drafted.

When you are a bad player and a coach coaches you up, that is a good coach.

When Paul Alexander picks a Tackle in the first round and pretty much loses us two seasons in a row, that is a bad coach.

Pollack will be a much better coach, bank on it Fred.
