The joy I get from sports is not looking back on old championships. It is getting excited about current games.
So you disagree that most fans value previous championships (not just for smack talking purposes)?
I'll be sure to remember this talk when you partake in one of our many threads looking back on the 1988 season or those players.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
