I think they've completely accepted the mistake of Whit & OG ordeal, and have fully admitted he just isn't going to work out. Pretty sure he was a healthy inactive yesterday as well. But the price is probably to high for that during the season. Dealing from a position of weakness doesn't bode well when trying to come to a deal.
