It looked more like a breakdown between the LB and Dre. From the replay it looked like Dre started to break deep to cover the TE (maybe just faking to get Luck to not throw it) but then crashed back down to cover the RB. It seemed like the LB saw Dre start to run with the TE so he moved farther into the zone thinking Dre had it over the top.
