This is so true.
I thought it was a great article by Doc, and I agreed with most of what he said...but the sentence you quoted was kind of silly, IMO.
In fairness, we have no way of knowing how the majority of fans would react to Mike lording over multiple championships...because he's yet to 'lord over' a single playoff win in a quarter century.
