Just to toot my own horn, I've been big on Lazor since we got here and even mentioned him as the best in house candidate to replace Marv last year.
Lazor did a great job with Tannehill in 2014, and had the 2nd best yards per carry in the NFL. He just got caught up in a head coaching change the following year.
We did good to snag Lazor and Pollack. Sometimes good coaches become victims of the constant turnover.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
