Coaching on Defense is a huge deal, our LB's have been way worse since Haslett got here. Our O-line has been
much better since Pollack has got here and that is with injuries and this is in a short time. Our playcalling has been
much better this year since Lazor now has his own playbook, Dalton has looked much better under Van Pelt etc.

Think we need to move on from Austin and Haslett and bring in some better coaches and Linebackers.

Than we might make a move for at the very least a Playoff win.

It would be great to see another house cleaning on the defensive side of the staff this time in the offseason.  Worked pretty well for the offense.
