What specifically about Bill Lazor gives you confidence he'd be a good HC? Is it because his offense has been pretty good? If so, that's probably not the right way to think about it because we know that just because someone is a good coordinator it doesn't mean he will be a good HC. HC is more about clock management, motivating the team, etc. and less with the playcalling itself.
