That's the problem a lot of people want to wait until the trains going over the cliff before trying to get off. I have been a Bengals fan since day one and I see the same scenario year in and year out since Marvin got here. People will jump all over me because Marvin has taken us to the playoffs but what has he won when he got there? Year in year out not being able to adjust to what the other teams is doing has handcuffed this team. Marvin was hired as a motivator and he has done that but motivation only goes so far and then you need to out coach your opponent and that hasn't happened in the 16 years he's been in Cincy.
