And it showed.   Last week and this.

The Browns now have someone running the team that knows when to cut bait and who to hand the rod to.   They've been collecting some good players, they have more draft picks coming next April and they're starting to roll.

I have no idea what the players think of the current coaching staff but I can only think of 3 coaches I would believe in:  Simmons, Pollack and Van Pelt. 

I've not been a long term advocate of firing Lewis, but I am now.   If we had a better person on the defensive coaching staff I'd say we need to do it today.   But they need to blow the whole thing up at the end of the season.

Pollack? He's done nothing special here.

He had 4 great lineman on Dallas offensive line. He didn't make them. He inherited them. He's been kind of exposed here in my view.
