Were the injuries too much to overcome this year?

All of those guys have missed a good chunk of time this past year.
The Bengals were winning games because most of those were available.
While yes, you could say we can try again next year once those guys are back to full health, I think it shows that the depth on this team is bad and you shouldn't gamble your season on your starters remaining healthy because the depth is so poor. Every team deals with injuries but the best teams have at least serviceable depth waiting in the wings.
