As I said: no one can tell you what percentage are criminal; however, there's no shortage of folks to say POTUS is wrong when he says 300-500 simply because...

Don't you remember saying that over and over and over and over and over again?

If POTUS has anything to back up his claim I will be glad to listen, but we can't say anyone is guilty of anything without some evidence to back it up.
