As to his rating with the Military; I'm pretty sure he's good.
Like I said...he doesn't get credit for doing what he is suppose to. That's just lowering the bar by his supporters.

Oh not with this military...but with hie base. They think he's a tough guy and he supports the troops. So eventually he had to visit them.
