Billings has some good moments, and will likely continue to develop.  But, don't get caught up so much in PFF ratings.  As many have mentioned in the past, weather good or bad, the PFF rating doesn't always mean what you think it means.  Until they clearly identify the criteria that they use to make their judgements, they are just selling a "mystery formula" to fans wanting to buy some "inside info".
