I can offer no proof but it seems virtually impossible for every official on that field to miss not one but two penalties. The Saints were at the12 yard line so the officials had to watch one fourth of the field and miraculously no one set of eyes saw any penalty. Every fan in the stadium and watching on TV saw the WR get absolutely mugged.
