Trump has removed lots of regulations on business that have not made the news. Not saying that is a good thing for the general public, but it is good for business.
He has also pumped up military spending which inflates the GDP.
Any President can boost the economy if he does not care about the federal deficit, or the safety of citizens, or the environment.
