I'm not necessarily surprised, and I don't blame them for this line of thinking considering that you're breaking in an entirely new staff. There will be a learning curve for the players and an adjustment period. While I think there will be flashes of potential for the team, you have to believe that the first year will be a lot of ironing out the wrinkles and finding fits for a new scheme and personnel tendencies. Right now I believe we're on the bottom looking up, but after gaining some stability and hopefully finding some new pieces, we'll begin to see a climb back up the standings.
