That is correct.  Plus he probably doesn't understand, or take the time to learn about, them.

And that's also why he led with the mention of property values.  All he "knows" is real estate.  He only thinks in terms of dollars made and lost.  Period.  And most of that is informed by what he "believes" not necessarily what is real.
