It happens on both sides, and until both sides hold folks accountable, it's not likely to change.

Well, we have more than two guys, that sure helps. One doesn't have to change into the leftist camp - or necessarily entertain that feeling - by letting that guy fall.
I see that as a huge advantage of a multiple party landscape.

That phrase does actually exist. It's just not that many people who say so. But sure, some are still faithful (probably has to do with a sense of Nibelung loyalty) and say things like this one - or, which really is quite bizarre, "now more than ever!"

But they are too few to prevent the collapse. Thankfully so.
