I've mentioned in here, before, that there are several passages int he OT that indicate abortion is condoned, that there is even a ritual way to do it, and that life is considered to begin with birth as it is the taking of breath at which the soul enters. The breath of life from God is what makes one human.

This is one of the reasons I have no patience for the religious based argument against abortion.
