What would define a "successful" pullout in this case? What level of negative after affects would be acceptable?
Genuinely curious, as this is shaping up to be the one thing issue that finally divides Republican support for Trump.
(PS Wouldn't the "proxy war" go back to Nassar and the Soviet Union?)
