So if I have read right:
-Turkey already violated an almost identical "ceasefire" from earlier this year
-Turkey was met with more resistance than they had hoped and couldn't proceed any further anyways
-Turkey agreed to stop fighting for 5 days if the Kurds ("terrorists" as they keep calling them when speaking about this agreement) leave
-Turkey essentially gets to annex this land
-The US has dismantled their ability to monitor a "ceasefire"
-The "ceasefire" is just a 5 day break
