No doubt. Seems some of us talk about it EVERY year.

This year, they could have added guys like Jordan Hicks at LB and Saffold at Guard (who knows the Rams system) instead of Miller, Preston Brown, and Wynn. Plus, we still have $14 million in cap space.

Moves like this are what the Rams do.
