Year 1: You come in and start to implement the changes and throughout the year you continue to do that
Year 2: The changes start to show on the field with positive results

If Zac can't get a win with the team within the first four games of next season he needs to be gone; he isn't the solution.

A guy like Lafleur came in and has the Packers winning. In the NFL, with free agency and injuries...you generally don't see teams take a progression over 3-4 years. Like win 3 games, then 6, then 9, then 12.

Good coaches turn the ship around immediately.

Taylor is a HORRIBLE play caller. That needs fixed.
