He's coming off a high ankle sprain, not an achilies tear or paralysis. Last season was a toe injury, not an ACL.
There is absolutely no question as to whether or not he will ever play again. Will he still be an All-Pro? Now that's a question. But he's definitely playing again. And if he wasn't in a contract year, and didn't play for this dumpster fire of a team, he would have already been playing weeks ago.
Some of you all overstate things so much it's comical. Your post makes it sound like a team is trading for guy that just got of the ICU. Seriously...???
