The Bengals are likely low-balling him because of the injuries. But, they'll likely tag him if it comes to that.

I still go back to us having $50+ million of cap space this past offseason and how little we did with it.

I don't see another $20 million changing that.

The Dolphins are projected to have some $100 million.
