He won't change Brown's ways but knows how to work with him.

Marvin type with hope of different in game play calling and an eye for offensive talent.

If you guys think Zac could be better than Gruden prove it.

Show me something that points in that direction in his career.

All you've got is he was a QB coach for a SB team that flounder in the championship game.
