My biggest hopes for this franchise moving foward:

A mobile QB that can create things on his own and force a defense to account for him as a runner.

An aggressive defensive coach that will not sit back and get picked apart underneath.

Strength in the trenches:  Invest heavily on the offensive line and defensive line (specifically the DEs).

In my mind, what's left of it, a defense has to mix in some aggression at times and try and not be just reacting constantly.
