It's hard to be good at coaching, scouting, game-planning, PR, etc. It's A LOT to ask.

Look...we have a new coach that we plopped into the same situation...with a similar roster, and a year of draft picks, and some new free agents...and he can't win 1 single game.

Oh don't get me wrong. If my only 2 choices were Zac or Marvin, I'd begrudgingly take Marvin. But that doesn't mean I think he'd make this team good. I was hoping we could get an actual offensive mind to lead this team, not a fake one like Zac. It's a shame that we wasted this year when Dunlap, Green and Atkins are nearing the end of their careers.

But you're justified in your cynicism regarding this front office. It does make me wonder if its even possible to successful in Cincinnati given how many road blocks there are for anyone who works here.
