You know you're getting old when you remember a time when only important people had blackberries, and mostly hated it. 

My dad had a handheld blackberry that was not color back in like 99 or 00 and I thought it was the coolest thing. I could honestly care less about having a phone glued to me all the time, but I switched from dipping to gum a few years back and get agitated if I can't keep a pack somewhere on me.
