Because the Bengals went 2 - 14, which is way under everyone's expectations and the fact that they don't have any compensation picks, I'm thinking we are going to see some worthwhile free agent pickups this year. I don't think there will be any BS has been players signed this time. I think they go away from what they normally do. Perfect example is signing the CFL CB and picking the Green Bay CB off the waiver wire so soon.
