Should candidates be able to use funds to pay for healthcare?

Honestly don't see a problem with it. But like many things, it starts off good and then get's abused. Not sure she is correct that it would help working and middle class run for office though? I guess in some cases there are people that could just give up their job to run, although I know I would never take that risk.
