Bobby Hart had a very good season in 2019.

Since stats on O-linemen are kind of obscure I think a lot of people hate Hart based on 2018.  I am starting to see why the Bengals had faith in him.

Hart, who probably had his best year last season was still sub-average, which is a long ways from "very good". Still not worth the salary he's getting and the team would be better off upgrading the spot.

The scary part is that the team, for the 2nd year in a row doesn't really see the need for an upgrade.
