Whilst there are no players from 2006 still on the Bengals' roster, that Bengals draft class incredibly still has Whitworth in the NFL whilst Joseph and Peko were both on rosters last year as well. In contrast 2008 had everyone other that Pat Sims (2017) out of the League by 2015 and 2007 everyone except Leon Hall (2018) out by 2013.

Pretty amazing that 2009-10 now provide as many of the current roster as 2012-15. That 2012 draft was actually one of the Bengals' best with Dre, Zeitler, Sanu, Marvin Jones and Iloka all starters but the subsequent drafts paved the way for our recent struggles.

For now 2017 is strongly represented but it's not inconceivable that all 7 are gone by next year.

2020 looks like being only the second time this decade, after 2016, that all draftees will make the roster.

Our 2016 class was very good and while their not all still on the team, every one of those guys is starting in the nfl today.  2014 was a TERRIBLE draft and its not surprising that we failed to convert our success prior to the future.  We were depending on drafting our team during that period and solidifying our roster for a Superbowl push, but ultimately they drafted bad players and the team started slipping.  I look at drafts in terms of success 3-5 years later and the impact those guys had on the team.  2012 may have been our most successful draft considering the playtime all those guys got and while none were pro bowl players they were all average or above and were all a big part of our 2014-16 run.
