Andy Dalton and the 2011 QB Draft Class

I also remember being pissed that we took Green instead of Patrick Peterson, but that ended up being a win either way.  I don't think he gets the credit he deserves because he does not put up big interception numbers, but when Peterson retires people will talk about him as one of the greatest CBs of all time.  He does not get a lot of picks because QBs just don't throw at him.

BTW since 2011 Cam is the ONLY quarterback with more rushing tds than Andy Dalton

He ended up physically stronger and faster than NFL men, too. Lol

I'll admit, though, that I didn't think he'd last as long as he has as a running QB. Guess it helps when you are built like a superhero.

Yeah, I remember wanting either Julio Jones or Patrick Peterson before AJ. Probably better off having AJ than Peterson because they didn't really need a CB as bad as they needed a WR at the time, and I can only imagine what the Bengal boards would have been like early in their careers when AJ was racking out Pro Bowl seasons and Julio was dealing with injuries.

Julio turned out better, but even then he didn't really live to his potential until year 4, so maybe the Bengals would have missed the playoffs in 2011 and 2013 with Julio? I feel like in 2014 and 2015 he would have made up for it, though.
