I don't have any doubts that Burrow will be able to connect with all the receivers except for Ross. Ross's speed is on a different level, so you have to time it differently with him. If Burrow can connect with Ross, especially if/when Ross gets past the DBs and can be hit in stride, that's the X factor right there.
