All I am saying is that asking out a co-worker is not automatically "sexual harassment".  That does not mean it is a good idea.  Especially if you are a supervisor.  

What about if "asking out" isn't "wanna get a drink" but is telling them your wife is out of town and you'd like them to come up to your hotel room where you will be all by yourself?
